HR Training Script

Hello! I am <Name> and I will be training you today.

The same training rules are to be implemented here.

You are to be trained, to be ready for the big responsibilities.

And those responsibilities are for the HRs.

Any questions, before we begin?

Rank Changing:

Well as an HR, you have the right to Promote, Demote and Strike.

You are only to do these to the people 10 ranks below yours.

For each choice, you need to think clearly if you are to do it.

Note: Use your power wisely, or else you are wasted.

Promoting and Demoting:

For Promoting and Demoting, you are to have your Tag.

You have to choose a tag, which consists of four letters.

For example, my tag is <Tag>.

Be sure to think about your power wisely on one person.
Do not forget to paste your Promotion and Demotion log on the forums.

Striking:

For Striking, you are just to put them in the motto.

For the 1st strike (x1), he/she still has one more chance.

For the 2nd strike (x2), he/she has the risk on firing or demoting.

For the 3rd strike (x3), he/she has to be demoted or fired.

For x3, you need to consult a higher rank than you for he/she to be fired.

Be sure after your strike, you are already to place your log to the forums, for further notice.

You can determine their current strike, in their motto.

No strike, and you are to give one, it should be x1.

AA Mode:

But before you can do these, you need to command first AA.

You are to say the name of the person, and then 'AA', for he/she to AA.

After you strike, promote and demote, you are to AE him/her.

HR Dealing:

As an HR, you are trusted that you are professional at all times.

When a 'troll', comes in try to make a short conversation to him.

When he is truly disrespecting or harassing an IPD member,

you need to report him to the authority. (SM+)

Test:

Let us have the test.

We will start with the AA mode.

1. For example, you are to promote me, what would you do?

2. Now, you are to demote me, what would you do?

3.Lastly, you are to strike me, what would you do?

Alright, let us have the HR Dealing test.

Here, you are to whisper me your answers.

Any answers will do, as long as you get the point.

4. When a troll comes, what are you to do?

5. When the troll has enough, what are you to do?

Result:

Congratulations for you have passed HR Training.

[To pass, they must get 3 answers correctly.]

[Tell them to change motto to:]

<IPD> Special Agent I <Tag>

[If they don't pass, they are not allowed to work as an HR.]

I'm sorry, you didn't pass tbe HR Training.

You are still not allowed to work as an HR.

You are to remain as a HR Candidate.

You are also to retake the test, or training if you like.
