[BILL] Organizational Bill For Forums of 2014

Greetings! This bill is to improve the organizational profits of the International Police Dept. forum, for the members get not confused here. Each level of responsibility (Security, SWAT, OOA etc.), will have a specific group that will access to specific threads. This is not to be sure due to the unknown Proboards© moderational / forum settings. As I said, each level of responsibility will have a specific group with specific column and specific threads. The table about it will be shown as follows.
